The Christadelphians

This website contains content written by Christadlephians. Many people have not heard of Christadelphians and do not know what we stand for. This post will hopefully shed some light on who we are and what we believe.

Who are the Christadelphians?

In a nutshell we are a Bible based community holding a distinct belief in the gospel as held by first century followers of Jesus Christ. Our community started about 160 years ago by people who searched their Bibles and concluded that the mainstream Churches were not preaching according to the Bible’s teachings and had in fact lost the truth. The community has continued ever since. We are all individuals who come from all walks of life but are bound in our common faith in the Bible and in the gospel as preached in the Bible.

What do Christadelphians believe?

We believe in the gospel message as preached by Christ and his followers in the 1st Century. This message consisted of two parts:

  • The things concerning the kingdom of God
  • Those things which concern the Lord Jesus Christ

This two part message is mentioned in Acts 8:12 and Acts 28:30-31
