If you haven’t yet been to visit the Christadelphians in the Nottingham Bible Learning Centre then be sure to pop it on your to-do list. The Bible learning centre is a great place to come to discuss the Bible and to learn more about it.
The BLC has recently launched a new website:

The Bible is such a large book that if you’ve never read it before it’s difficult to know where to start. In this introduction to the Bible, Gareth Davies of Thornton Heath London, gives some useful tips on how to read the Bible effectively. The following topics are covered:
The Bible contains a unique a wonderful message which has been corrupted through the years in many ways. The only way to seek out the Gospel truth is to read it’s pages effectively. As the apostle Paul, through inspiration of God, wrote:
“Study to shew thyself approved unto God, a workman that needeth not to be ashamed, rightly dividing the word of truth.” 2 Timothy 2:15

We are pleased to make available this handy reference sheet designed for anybody new to the Bible. Very useful to have folded in the front of your Bible when going to Bible lectures or studies where you will be asked to visit different areas of the Bible. We came across this superb Bible study tool the other day which we would like to recommend to all Bible students.
Download a plug-in for Google Earth which shows you the location of every identifiable place mentioned in the Bible! The plug-in also enables you to click on a location and see all the Biblical references which link to it!
This tool is brilliant for Bible study and really helps you to understand the geography of the Holy Land and beyond!

To use this tool you will need to have installed Google Earth onto your computer. Google earth is a free program which allows you to virtually fly around a 3D earth to different locations – brilliant for helping you with your geography – and best of all it is free!
